Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days. Once dispatched, tracking codes are automatically synced to your customer dashboard and sent via transactional emails.
2. Regional Courier Partners
United Kingdom: Shipped via Royal Mail or DPD (2-3 business days tracking). India: Shipped via Blue Dart, Delhivery, or Speed Post (3-5 business days tracking). We maintain local warehouses in Haywards Heath (UK) and Samarkha Anand (India) to assure swift local delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Thresholds
United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on orders of £50.00 or more. Orders under £50.00 incur a flat £5.00 delivery fee. India: Free delivery on orders of ₹3,000 or more. Orders below ₹3,000 incur a ₹150 delivery charge.
4. Customs & International Shipping
For international orders outside of our core UK/India hubs, delivery duties are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any border customs clearance fees that may arise.
