At Sclero Proteins®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns process is designed to be clear and straightforward.
Return Eligibility
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once your return request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. All items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with seals intact.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. you received the wrong item, or the product is faulty/damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds will cover the full cost of the product(s) if all conditions are met. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order through our website.
