At Sclero Proteins®, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping services below.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (Free): Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

• Express Delivery (£2.99): Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. Express orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We plan to expand to Europe in the future.

Courier Service

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. If a delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Royal Mail directly to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from their local depot.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control (e.g. strikes, adverse weather, or service disruptions).

• If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team.

• We will investigate with Royal Mail, and if your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
